Feztly account and media agreement
This agreement explains the responsibilities each person accepts before creating or signing in to a Feztly account.
You may only upload media that you created yourself or otherwise have the right to share. You are responsible for making sure the people shown in private event media are shared with the intended audience in a lawful and respectful way.
Media, chat messages, invites, and profile details may be shown to the event owner, admins, and other approved participants who have access to the event or its Vault.
Feztly stores account data, profile information, event participation, and uploaded media to operate the service. Users may request deletion of their account data according to the privacy and data deletion pages. When an account is deleted, event history may keep a minimal deleted-user reference so shared history does not break for other participants.
